You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (240) 641-1880
After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm
that you have been unsubscribed.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword
HELP for more assistance.
4. Message Frequency, Rates, and Liability
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

CASPro does not guarantee any specific results, including leads, appointments, or revenue.
Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
10. Payment Terms
All fees and billing terms are outlined in your service agreement. Fees may include setup costs,
monthly retainers, and third-party service expenses.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
11. Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, frameworks, and materials developed by CASPro remain the intellectual property
of Gbaki Digital Solutions LLC.
Clients retain ownership of assets created for them upon full payment of all applicable fees.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information
shared during the course of the business relationship.
13. Third-Party Platforms
CASPro services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., CRM systems, advertising platforms,
communication providers). We are not responsible for service interruptions or issues caused
by third-party providers.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
